Is this sound advice?

It isn't if one enjoys the status quo.

One where anonymous users can post incessantly hateful, derisive disinformation from multiple accounts; all without monetary cost or fear of exposure.

What might "Bill's Little Bag of Green Onions" be like if nameless contributors were allowed to lodge similarly unabating toxicity?
