If the person(s) claim to be la lawyer and are demonstrating such flagrant ignorance of "the law" :-

- In some cultures one can call themselves a "street" lawyer, accountant, teacher, doctor without possessing recognised qualification in that area.
- Email spam offers cheap internet degrees as well as the regular spam.
- Perhaps RHP welcomes its doors to all and this includes people posting from the ip address of a mental hospital. Its not RHP's fault.

Actually it`s RHP admins fault for allowing anonymous trolls to change their accounts, switching to another account when nobody takes them (with their pathetic claims) serious anymore.

and what would you do to combat this o great one? its easy to throw accusations about without giving any alternatives to the present system. the simple fact is that nothing can be changed regarding this matter if someone wants to create more than one account there is nothing RHP or someone else can do about it.

Really? Numerous accounts were banned for violating 3(a); far more than were for 3(b) as the "Removed Players List" showed when it existed.

There have been persons banned for multiple accounts before. So I doubt if RHP admins are so helpless. Only it seems to me that exceptions are made for some persons.....

Imagine if someone went to the police station claiming to be "a lawyer" and says they should arrest someone because the law might be broken? Really? Says Mr Policeman, what evidence do you have a crime has been committed, None says the liar arhem "laywer". I only have my word for it says the liar.

Mr Policeman :- What type of a liar are you?
Mr Laywer :- I'm not a lawyer, I'm a liar.

If 3(c) and section 6 abusers were added to the mix, would you be posting here?

I've been posting here for more than 4 years, I've even paid for that privilege.

How about you?

What stops a thief from stealing again? Besides internal controls that nobody else can effect, the threat of punishment. It's true it's not much of a bother to just start up a new account after you've been banned, but you do lose all your game history and accomplishments and even have to hide your persona a bit. It's a bit of a nuisance if nothing else.

The site rules clearly bar using multiple accounts and that prohibition has been somewhat aggressively enforced in the past. That's what I am talking about.

But if they are coming back - what is stopping site admins to ban them again?

Your inability to see difference between arrest and verdict of guilty only shows your absolute lack of law knowledge. To say nothing about your cheap demagogy.

The site allows free users and paid up members/subscribers. However the site has a TOS that means even paid up members can be nuked for breaking the TOS. There are plenty of examples of two paid up members using abusive/insulting words contrary to section 6 of the TOS in this thread alone.
