So you indeed stated that I could be the one who posted that complaint. Where is the evidence that I "could have posted that". That is slander.

If you have nothing to hide, post here your name/society number as well as the website/address of the legal society of Latvia. A court clerk in most countries of the world would not be expected to be making wild unsubstantiated comments or to slander others.

1) When you will learn to differ information about the facts from opinion? I would recommend you to study some decisions of European Court of Human Rights. For example this one:
