organ (or female for that matter) is a horrible and highly offensive thing to
depict. He should have made a snowman holding some sort of weapon. That
would easily have been approved.
Though, it would have been pure art if he had made a big, errected penis
holding a gun directed at a vaginnal opening with a chastity belt on, to
symbolise the societal forced struggle between the two sexes.
