There were warnings of more heavy snow today in Yorkshire, Humberside and the East Midlands. A student who built a 4ft penis out of snow in a park in Cambridge was given an £80 fixed penalty by police. Well, as I'm sure you realise yourself if you think about it, the male love
organ (or female for that matter) is a horrible and highly offensive thing to
depict. He should have made a snowman holding some sort of weapon. That
would easily have been approved.
Though, it would have been pure art if he had made a big, errected penis
