While I've learned that there's very little value in 'discussing' with those who "lean to the Conservative", you should know that fence sitting is not where I'm at.
In 2003, I became hugely concerned where this country was going under the Bush administration. This was the first time since 1978 that I had been involved in politics.
I watched every "Ha ...[text shortened]... rave all you want. But don't under any circumstances consider me a fence sitter.

Here in Canada everyone has a voice in how "we" run things. Everyone has the ability and the right to contribute in making a government that is accountable to the people. To all people, who regardless of citizenship, have the right to be heard and the the obligation to speak up in order to make this a country of true freedom. For true freedom knows no citizenship. True freedom requires no oppression or limitations on others.
Only in opening up ourselves to the real issues of humanity and putting aside the trivial disputes of nationalities will we ever have any hope for acheiving true freedom. For freedom at any cost is still not true freedom.
Freedom needs no protection or defense or even citizenship. Freedom simply needs the complete release of the fear of not being free. 😕
