I gotta take drastic measures...

get up...

head to shop to buy new batteries...

return with said batteries...

replace said batteries...

Then sit down...press the button...and hope upon hope, it's done the trick 😀

Nothing worse than dragging myself away from the computer and chess, just to change the damn channel manually 😠

Thinking is one of the most strenuous of all human activities, which explains

why so very little of it gets done. Many just shoot with a hair trigger from an

emotional hip. Simply think about the straightforward title, then predicate it.

The header of the thread is incorrect. The three dots are an elipse. The elipse is actually a (space) dot (space) dot (space) dot.

This thread should have been "There's only one thing wrong with . . ."

Then, of course, there wouldn't have been anything wrong with the threader heading.

I am proud to be counted among those who are known to have more than one thing wrong with . . .

(Please see the thread above regarding the correction of how the thread is named)

...raw pumpkin, and raw pumpkin seeds. They need to be roasted to turn them into edible, awesome treats. Creamy, sweet and savory pumpkin soup... spicy if, you like, healthy with soy milk, and pretty enough to eat with the last of, can you believe it, Fall's snipped garden chives. Caramelized chopped onion in some butter and olive oil, along with minced ginger and garlic, pumpkin spice, beef broth, soy milk, salt and black pepper, and the wonderfully roasted, skinless, pumpkin wedges, blended together in a creamy, comforting concoction...

Thoroughly washed pumpkin seeds of slime, and fibrous matter, drained, splashed a tiny bit of olive oil, mixed in a good pinch of sea salt, then roasted to a lightly golden nutty perfection, for a shorter time (10 -20 mins.), while the small sized pumpkin wedges, coated in some olive oil, are roasting at 350 degrees in a convection oven for about 25-30 mins. or until nicely roasted, and soft to a knife's poke... Nature's bounty! A mainstay for Fall's tradition of Thanksgiving. Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving!

Guess maybe there's often concrete difference between how we're taught something

and the way we learn it. The wide open spaces in . . . always seemed so very drafty.

Somewhere along the way believe I may have concluded that these two conventions

(. . . & . . . . ) were intended for use only with zero, first, second and final drafts.
Truth must out. Two sentences above are an outright crock. Doing... rather than . . . or . . . . reflects nothing more or less than a subliminal stylistic liberty, that seems visually pleasing, or an unintentional mark of incorrectness. Please forgive.

The correction is incorrect. The three dots are an ellipsis.

By Goeorge I think you could be right!

I'm not though, I don't care if there is a space two spaces or no spaces at all. 😉
