It breaks my heart:

I'll be 15 in November, and my dad plays under the name Kirksey957. He introduced me to the site, and encouraged me to participate in the forums (when I first joined I had just turned 12 - which was before you had to be over 13). I quickly learned numerous swear words, tons of things I would never have found out about sex (thanks to shav), and a healthy respect for those two things and many more. Even from shavs posts, I've learned how to improve my writing skills, and I've also learned why I should stay away from drugs and alcohol (sorry Mark). I wasn't sheltered from a part of life, I was taught about the consequences and how to be responsible when that time comes. And I'm not going to deny that I've had older males message me on the site requesting explicit conversations. And I've learned how to handle that type of situation. Now, I'm not saying that this forum shouldn't be monitered. I enjoy it the way it is now. At the age of 13 most children know the majority of swear words, most things about sex, and god knows what else. If anything, this site has benefited me when it comes to maturing.

Kids nowadays seem to prefer ignorance instead. Nothing wrong with youngster learning things!

Why do you start a new thread about this? We already have far too many threads about the same thing.

Because the threads are too long and this is far too important.

I find this most offensive of all. Now you're attacking a 14 year-old girl? You're trying to embarass her and her father in a public forum. That's the big problem with you "love" types. When you get right down to it, you're far meaner and nastier than the people you criticize.

Posted where?

Be nice if you actually had some proof to back up zealous accusations, Mr. Adolf.

It was posted in one of the other irritating threads this guy has started.

For me, I was impressed with the maturity this kid shows and you know from what she says that she will grow up to be tolerant and decent unlike the author of this particular thread.

EDIT: to change gender of said "kid" (thanks Nordles)

I agree, it was hard to reproduce this. I had mixed feelings. But when I read it, I felt I had to show it to all of you who argued that the behaviour I was fighting wasn't causing any harm.

It was originally posted on page 29 of the "Clean Up the Forum" thread. I had nothing to do with it, until I copied it here.
