I wouldn't want Blobby to take you as a role model. Certainly not if I observe your actions on this site and on "another site". Your words are as usual very beautiful Kirk, but I'm afraid they stink .......

I kicked him out of the clan. I declined his wanting to get back in. I also tried to have some fun with him as I felt he looked up to me on some level. In retrospect I might have done some things a little differently. But I think it will do him some good to sit out a while and maybe he can return at a later time.
Kirksey, if you had shown Young Blobby the tuff love he needed when he was a Brotha, none of this woulda eva happened. π

I can't believe I feel forced, in my holiday, to come on here and reprimand you for witch-hunting a bloody teenager.

I don't understand all the witch-hunting that goes on here. People make mistakes: people do stupid things. People under the age of 20 probably make more mistakes, which is natural. But people over the age of 20 are prone to the same downfall. Even people over 50, people who have the wisdom that comes with age and experience make stupid mistakes.
I hate to see the way some people attack others in the forums, for whatever reason. Someone makes a comment about religion and 20 people jump on him like a pack of wild dogs. Some child (and a 13 year old is still a child) says or does something stupid and it is open season on him.
I am not saying that cheating is acceptable, or that a cheater should not be punished, but is there truly anyone out there who has never cheated, lied, stolen, or done some other stupid thing? I have. I can assure you that I do at least one stupid thing a day. And that is on a good day. :-)
I guess what I am trying to say here is that we should all try to be a bit more tolerant of each other. We should all try to get along and give each other the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps look at yourself as a good will ambassador for your age group, country, religion, level of chess playing, race, or ethnicity.
So I guess I speak for all the Irish-American-ative American, breddish-blonde, 800 rated, rodeo-loving, horse riding, Presbyterian-Animist, 20-something, Alex loving people out there when I say be good to each other.π

If you seriously feel that someone should be punished (should you feel so bloody arrogant and mislead), then you should take it up PRIVATELY with either the individual or with Russ.
I find the whole Blobby matter a little disturbing ...[text shortened]... really don't want other people to know! They'll punish you for it!
Applause for yourselves!
