Ok.. but..
I am against, for a number of reasons;
1, You don't achieve safety for your people by terrorising others
2, The Middle East have never threatened The US, but only independent little groups that understand little about religion, yet they call for war in its name
3, There is no link between the War in Iraq and Al-Queda
4, A terrorist attack ...[text shortened]... rorist attack on others whether it was in retaliation, justice or in the name safety and peace.

Originally posted by Peachyit seems everyone forgot why it started. after the first war in iraq we came to an agreement that saddam should not have Weapons of Mass Destruction and we would be allowed to check for weapons (do a wikipedia Gulf War search you may find it there). when suddenly after 9/11, saddam refused to allow us to inspect, we gave him 24 hours to let us inspect or we would start a war. and we did. the war continued until we captured saddam and continues now so that we can restore peace in iraq since there are still rebels, probably similiar to al qaeda. the media twisted words so well that it seems even america has forgotten why it started. the media falsely accused bush of starting the war believing that iraq was part of 9/11, which is totally wrong. so what is so wrong about starting war because saddam broke a treaty?
