Since the thread never really goes away, we realized we'd never be able to declare ourselves the winner, because someone could simply come along and resurrect it.

So somewhere thousands of posts ago we pseudo-agreed that if it was dormant 48 hours, the last poster was the killer, and hence the winner.

We've also realized that this will never happen, as this thread can now never die.
