This thread is getting out of control and everyone is losing the plot.
The bottom line is Madam should show proper chess etiquette and resign the game in question (linked in the first post). If he has slowed the lost game down to a crawl, he is simply being unsportsmanlike for no reason.
Whether he spends five minutes, five hours or five days a we ...[text shortened]... vvie, I probably wouldn't have started this thread but I definitely wouldn't play him again...
I'm glad I started the thread its certainly been eventful and an interesting read. Please be assured I wouldn't have even paused to consider writing anything if it hadn't been for madam's move pattern over the past weeks.

If you're convinced you're not going to screw up the end game, then I suggest that next time it's your move, you post the remaining moves which you have worked out in a message to Madam, and prove to him that you are indeed going to win.
It worked for me once. I had an opponent who resigned once I demonstrated I had figured out the 6-8 remaining moves to checkmate him with a king and two bishops. Given my lower rating, I think he felt perfectly entitled to see if I could clinch it. I didn't feel the least bit offended because until I cracked it, I wasn't sure either.
Here's the game in question, by the way. No captures for the last 20 moves, and I messaged him on my last move.

Madam may or may not be "dragging out" the game intentionally, but has done nothing illegal.
But you have :
1- Appointed yourself judge and jury of someone's motivations based on nothing other than your unsupported suspicions.
2- Publicly painted him with a broad brush in the darkest of colors in very insulting tones.
3- Commented on a game in progress which is a clear violation of site rules.
4- Respond in a rude and abrassive manner to anyone disagreeing with you or offering up an alternative rational explaination for madam's behavior.
Madam may or may not be acting in the spirit of sportmanship, but you are definitely acting like a rude cheap punk.
