Amateurs - all of you. The best toasted sandwich is simply the ham/cheese/pineapple combo for the carnivores and for the veggies, Wattie's baked beans on toast bread with sliced onions and tomatoes all under thinly sliced goats cheese ( feta), grilled until brown and bubbly.

All to die for. Enjoy!
