Outrage! The league was so terrified by the prospect of the Tigers going 162-0 that they conspired to rob them of their winning streak! For those of you who don't know, manager Alan Trammell was suspended for one game for some ridiculous spring training incident. The loss we suffered today was with acting manager Kirk Gibson at the helm. The only way for the lowly Twins to beat the mighty Tigers was through the underhanded skullduggery of the commisioner! Tomorrow we shall have vengeance! 161-1, here we come...

Oh, my! 😠 That is not fair... I didn't know why Detroit had lost, now I do.

My Sox won, and the other Sox beat Yankees. So it was a good day. Pedro did well with 6 or 7 K's. 2 Sox got hits sliding into first, just beating the ball! New trend?

Man Ram got his first Homerun... Keith Foulke got the last four outs for his second save... All runs in the game were scored with a homerun!! 3 for Boston, 1 for Toronto off Pedro.
