from time o time i have bemoaned my seeming oddness, claiming madness...
at other times embracing warmly the horrified looks of passersby as i stand on my head in the rain...

i had just shined my boots...

to settle the unsettled feelings of awkwardness, i imbibed...
this only compounded the issue...
