I always thought the more toothpaste on the brush, the better.

Why use a brush? Just squirt some in your mouth and swish it around long enough for the enamel to start dissolving, and then spit it out the window.


The brushing does more good than the paste.

It applies not when using modern pastes which are blanding og mouth wash and paste.
