Subway has a great one!
but subway has discontinued the garlic sauce and the mozzarella cheese, how dare they. But their Italian BMT is awesome, get the extra meat though.

Oh, no way. Stay away from Subway, Quizno's...etc. The best meatball sandwiches come from (either your own home recipe) or a divey little independently-run pizza joint.

1) Breakfast barm. A big barm cake with egg sausage bacon and any other
breakfast component you would like to add.
2) Chicken, tobasco sauce and mayo, with lettuce and chopped onion and tomato salsa.
3) Melted cheese and bacon with tomato and cracked black pepper.
4) Fresh egg mayo (not chilled) with cracked black pepper.
5) I'm on a diet. 🙂

I like a Rueben with ice lamb. Put a bunch of Ketchup on it and then stop on it with your boots. Then I stick a plastic american flag on it and give it the ol' Patton Salute!

Glad to here it. I'm blooming fine. No wheels though, I'm afraid. The cost of running them kind of puts me off. I get by fine with my push bike, as work is only three miles away. I like the exercise too. One day though........

Always, always, always whole grain, whether it be stone ground wheat or oat bread, always whole grain.

White bread is for mama's boys with no imagination or taste buds.
Whole grain bread is good!

There is nothing worse than the bland taste of over processed white bread...

You're right that there are some good white breads around - I quite like Kingsmill Gold. But there are too many bland and tastless "value" type white bread that really is no good for you.

Have you tried Salami and Brie yet? Mmmmm....
