Neil Peart of RUSH is undoubtedly the greatest rock drummer of all time. Bill Bruford, ex KingCrimson and YES is a close second - as he mixes in blues rhythm too. Interestingly, Melody Maker in the early eighties voted Phil Collins in the top ten greatest. Phil is actually a very highly accomplished drummer! 😉
