@Drewnogal
I guess it depends on what you're using the olive oil for. Cooking or massage?
😀
I sometimes look at trustpilot.com for customer reviews.
@Ghost-of-a-Duke said@Kewpie, @Ghost,
The best reviews come in the form of personal recommendations.
I agree Ghost, I always find out from many others what they think of a product. I just bought a new 50 inch T.V. To replace my Toshiba I had for either 21 or 22 years.
They don't make them like that any more but I got another one simply because that one had such a very long life.
I've heard through the grape vine the life span of a T.V. in todays world is approximately 7 years!! Big difference. The salesperson even said he couldn't guarantee me the T.V. would last me for 20 years. They simply don't make them to to last anymore.
I got a great deal though they dismounted my old T.V. which was hooked up to a stand with a swivel to turn the T.V which ever way you wanted. They mounted the new one. Calibrated the colors on the T.V. set it for day and night light. Took about 10 or 15 minutes just to do the calibration. I got that done for under $1000.00, plus they got rid of the old T.V. for me.
I also hear that Samsung is a good brand just went with the one I had good experience with.

If they do a bad job, I get new friends and neighbours.
interesting word, "trust"
i asked my doctor which car i should drive
she told me my lawyer would know
the lawyer sent me to an accountant
who told me which plants i should grow
i finally found the gardener man
he told me the computer was wise
an internet search slowly revealed
all of my banker man's lies
i went to ask of the taxman
which vehicle was the best
he sent me for a happy massage
and you can guess the rest
i fixed the damn bicycle
@Drewnogal saidI get my product reviews like I get my news; via multiple sources.
What do you use?
Yesterday I watched a youtube video on the best extra virgin olive oils which rated the one I buy as 9th / 10.
Today I checked the Which Report which listed it as the best value in supermarkets 😲
@Ghost-of-a-Duke saidSo, your friendship is worth only one deal, is it? I'd like to sell you a bridge ... (some assembly required).

@rookie54 saidSpeaking of trust ... There was rather a brouhaha in Germany some years ago when it was revealed that car insurance companies knew very well which brands and models of cars withstood crash tests and which didn't, but they would not release the information. People had broadly inferred it from the premiums people were paying for their insurance, i.e., people with identical driving records in the same town were paying different prices depending on make and model of car they drove. A private institute started crashing cars and published the results.

@Ghost-of-a-Duke saidSo, you have moth-eaten friends, do you?
I replace friends like pullovers.
