The degree to which chess dot com dominates search engine results is absolutely suffocating. Its virtually impossible to challenge them.

Hey, but their TrustPilot score isn't so great compared to that new shiny RHP rating! πŸ˜‰
RHP appears at the bottom of page two on startpage.com and bing search engines.

At duckduckgo, one has to click 'more results' twice to see RHP listed.

This has little to do with customer reviews, good or bad. It's a matter of SE optimization. But you know that ...

The world of Google SEO has got very interesting recently. It isn't even feasible for Google to index the increased AI content flooding the web, which is mostly low value anyway.

If you google "RedHotPawn" specifically, I see, and you may see, an "About Red Hot Pawn" section.

This contains 4 boxes containing text from RHP itself, then Google Apps, then Apple Apps, and then "SiteJabber" - a review site, not unlike TrustPilot, which is a "certified Google Reviews partner". (1 star off 1 review!)

SiteJabber

How much weight this has is anyone's guess, but it is built right into the SERPs.
