soy sauce, lemon, garlic, some salt, a touch of italian dressing if you have it in the fridge.

Marinade it for a while, but not too long or it'll kinda kill the fish.

Don't cook your tuna too long. Nobody likes a dry fish. 🙂

Saute some garlic and shallots. Add crushed red pepper, 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar and 1/2 cup orange juice. Thicken to desired consistency with a little cornstarch.

Cook the tuna, but not too much. Leave it pink in the middle. Drizzle a little (not too much) sauce over it when it's done. Garnish with fresh cilantro and toasted sesame seeds.

Call me when it's ready.

I take my Mayo and just mix in some all spice, or Cajun spice... and or my favorite spices and go from there. Nice to have a bit of fresh lemon to squeeze on them when they are finished.

Yeah, they aren't all chunky and mashed up, either.

put the tuna in between two slices of white bread....sit on the sandwhich for 30 minutes to bring it to body temperature....open the sandwhich and salt it
with dried mace and garlic powder....pour two shots of not cheap but not expensive whiskey....drink the whiskey..toss the sandwhich in the garbage..go back to your chess game..

That's an old recipe - but I think it holds its own well with time
I'll go and make one now ....

I went with "spike" and worschester. Grilled on the George Forman for 4 min at 340. Turned out great but they kept cooking as I ate it. It finished a little dry. I saved one steak for tomorrow. Any suggestions for leftovers.

Kinda late for that. I am thinking maybe a cobb salad but with tuna instead of chicken.
