"Quite fun" can mean "I'm desperately bored, this will do" or something more emphatic.

{in another place (a club forum) we made another thread, a story built out of sentences randomly created in the Two Words thread. That was more fun.}

More emphatic than "quite fun" I do not really wish to be!

Why don't you start such a thread here? The "Three Words Neverending Story" would be more fun if one were allowed to rather write a short phrase, and also adhere to punctuation.

"Unbeatable foe" is a term used by someone who isn't even going to try to win the fight.

The fight is most often won or lost in the mind.

The mind of a serial killer is something a psychiatrist tries to understand.

To understand someone else you must first walk a day in his shoes

(sorry, maybe misquoted but certainly not original)

His shoes were two sizes too big but his dad said, "He'll grow into them."

With earmuffs you can protect your ears from the cold weather.

Cold weather is something we normally live with in the winter.

The winter around here is chock-full of balmy days.
