Did your friend do hard time in prison? Perhaps he's talking about making a proper shiv from a pen or pencil. You need to wrap the base with a sock or surgical tape so you have a proper handle. Otherwise, you won't get the proper "stab factor".

I can see some guy has added info on the clans, pretty good stuff which some of us never knew. Thats more than I can say for some chess servers as they would have hundreds filling the "Criticism Section" but none/few for the content.
