Top speed is defined differently by different people. Are they constantly sprinting? If not, then it is not top speed.
90 minutes play
The average per player is seven miles. Although some players in the UK normally do 20 to 12 miles per game
Now we have American football where the average playing time per player is 11 minutes. The most any player runs is slightly over one mile.
Be honest American football was made for fat useless kids who can't play real sport and need a suit of armour to feel safe

Do you care to try the endurance test based on intervals of high energy output?
If you take up the challenge, you need someone to keep time.
Remember, each time you run it must be with maximum efgort the entire time. No taking sprints off. No jogging, no walking, no simply running, it must be at sprint speed.
I doubt you won't try it. You won't put up, just talk trash. A wee little man.

Whats my sprinting ability got to do with football players being faster fitter and run more during a game than the soft padded American football players.
Why is my height important?
USA padded football is for fat kids everyone knows it.

Sprint as fast as you can, if it takes 30 seconds to cover 100 meters so be it.

Does anyone even work up a sweat in NFL. 10 minutes of actual play stretched out over about 4 hours. It rates only second to darts for non-physicality but darts at least has a lot of skill to it and is pretty exciting. Americans seem to enjoy sports where very little happens over an overextended period.
The draw of football is it's chess-like nature. There's a play every position where the opposition tries to out-think, trick and surprise the other.

I take it you do stand up comedy
There is plenty points scored because the game is easy. Just have to throw the ball forward for someone to catch it.
Why even call it a touch down when the ball is not touched down ?

Then do the experiment.
Run 20 11.2 second 100 meter sprints in 20 minutes. You will be resting for much of that 20 minutes.
Back in twenty
Question first can I do the 100m back then forward or do I have to keep going. I could end up 2000m from my house
I know that I pitched out of this, but I have to ask
What do you think asking Roma to repeat this training drill is achieving?
He could, for all you know, be a 65 year old, 300 lb gentleman. ( sorry, Roma!)
Its like me saying WWE wrestling is fixed (really??!!!), and you saying, OK, take on The Undertaker.
