People use that feature when they're away from home and its still possible for them to move from various computers wherever they are, but the display the flag because they cant guarantee theyll be able to get to a computer to move on. if they do, great, but no guarantees. however, i am inclined to believe that people do abuse the featureand just display it for kicks so others wont time them out.

It should be possible to bar a player from moving when displaying the vacation flag.
It's not a crime to take a holiday, nor is it a crime to break into someones home while on holidays and "borrow" their computer for a few lousy minutes....oh...wait a sec.....forget that last part.

Thanks Nikki. I have to rest in bed for a week or two more. I'm really bored, so in spite of the medical prescription I'll make some moves from time to time, and I'll try to post in the forums.

I wonder if perhaps there could be multiple categories of holiday flag. Personally, I never time anyone out anyway, because I figure my rating will eventually end up where it's meant to be if I play honestly. The only time I'd time someone out is if their game was taking up space because they hadn't moved for ages (which has never happened so far).
