Less important in other sports. It's actually a detriment for some sports.
6 ft and 250 lbs (muscular) is not average for most guys. It takes a lot of discipline to consistently workout and maintain a good physique. (I know)
However.......if the jail time is truthful, then contenchess may be telling the truth. Lord knows that lifting weights, pull ups, and push ups are a way of life in jail.
