Can you have an inner ear infection without any pain or discomfort? I don't feel anything...
If it isn't a bad infection you may not feel anything. Maybe a little stab of pain that goes away. I had one myself before Christmas, I couldn't believe when she said I had a bit of an inner ear infection. I got to quit with the damn Q-Tips. My both ears were plugged solid, I used ear plugs at night. I quit using them too.
