Here, it just happened again, this is exactly what it says:
The server www.rhp15.com at User Authentication requires a username and password.
Warning: This server is requesting that your username and password be sent in an insecure manner (basic authentication without a secure connection).
Yargh it won't stop!

That is Phlabibit's domain, IIRC. Somebody is hosting an image on his domain and the file is not set to let anonymous access.
I suggest everybody PM him to complain.
Actually I just looked, reader1107 your forum avatar is causing the problems. You'll see that popup box in every thread you post in. 🙂
Edit: It appears that phlabibit has fixed the problem.

This time I was trying to get FTP access, and didn't realize once I make a username and password no one else can use my crap without a password.
