In fact, as with many types of casserole, it is best when prepared the day before.

I could murder a good poutine. But for tonight, it's spaghetti bolognese.

I've been occupied lately with love.

Preparing for a canasta meet-up with friends, thus the casserole. Starting at 3pm and usually finishing 7-8 hours later. It's a nice, social card game, especially when you play in partnership - you can play single as well (3) but we prefer four players.
