@torunn saidWe'll bring the wine...a Chardonnay?
I'm preparing a chicken casserole, with chanterell and blue cheese, quite nice.
@great-big-stees saidI will serve it with La Gascogne and for those who prefer red, a Zinfandel from Italy. You're welcome, all of you. 🙂

@torunn saidDoes it taste good reheated as it'll take some time at this end to arrange flights. 🙁

@great-big-stees saidIn fact, as with many types of casserole, it is best when prepared the day before.

@caissad4 saidPreparing for a canasta meet-up with friends, thus the casserole. Starting at 3pm and usually finishing 7-8 hours later. It's a nice, social card game, especially when you play in partnership - you can play single as well (3) but we prefer four players.
@Torunn
Finishing up a mug of hot tea and a cigarette before I head off to work at the hotel.
