I love dry wines, red and white. My favorte red is Louis Jadot brand, Beaujolais-Villages. I usually get the magnum size. A great wine with low tannins.
I dislike white wine profusely. (Red has to be Malbec or Rioja).
@Ghost-of-a-Duke Have you tried the Louis Jadot I mentioned? One thing I like about red's, they have for me at least a better tolerance for higher temperatures, room temp red is fine by me, doesn't have to be whatever, 39 degrees or some such like white wine folk like.

I think room temperature means around 18-19 deg C, but our homes are often warmer and I like red wine a bit warm. I keep white wine in the fridge.

I believe I have tried it. (Has a nice label as I recall). The thing I like about Malbec or Rioja though is that it is dependable wine, (even if not Spanish).
Room temperature, always let it breathe. (Never more than one glass).
