I love dry wines, red and white. My favorte red is Louis Jadot brand, Beaujolais-Villages. I usually get the magnum size. A great wine with low tannins.
I dislike white wine profusely. (Red has to be Malbec or Rioja).

Have you tried the Louis Jadot I mentioned? One thing I like about red's, they have for me at least a better tolerance for higher temperatures, room temp red is fine by me, doesn't have to be whatever, 39 degrees or some such like white wine folk like.

I think room temperature means around 18-19 deg C, but our homes are often warmer and I like red wine a bit warm. I keep white wine in the fridge.

I believe I have tried it. (Has a nice label as I recall). The thing I like about Malbec or Rioja though is that it is dependable wine, (even if not Spanish).

Room temperature, always let it breathe. (Never more than one glass).

I’m sat in bed with a hot water bottle on my back as directed by my psysiotherapist. I strained my back lifting a chunk of wood. 🙁
