I can do all that (not at the same time but you get the drift)

I usually brush my teeth while peeing too... just have to be careful not to get too carried away with the side to side brushing...

It's relaxing to pee, hence putting the hand balances the body weight to more relaxation is achieved in the abdominal area -which is already releasing itself from the pressure.

Either that or it is a reflex of the peeing while drunk! 😵
