OMG! I should have known, a Miss Marples middle England, tea and biscuits at the Vicars manse fanboy! I gotta admit there is something deeply disturbing about all those pretentious 1930's crime drama productions, you never see any of the participants ever do a stroke of work, evah! Crime drama?
Miss Marple's run on the BBC ended in 1992. If you haven't been consuming BBC TV crime drama for 24 years and you think you can dismiss it with a reference to a series that first aired 32 years ago, and mention nothing made in the meantime, then I'm not convinced you are a credible commentator on the BBC's output.

Kojak, top notch! Colombo, to notch! Scooby Doo, top no ...[text shortened]... that dude who performed autopsy's was way more awesome than all that BBC drivel. USA! USA! USA!
You can keep the tea and biscuits. Three of my favorites are Foyle's War, Waking the Dead, and Luther -- exceptional "drivel."

Please be quiet you overbearing pompous balloon head. I am just having a little fun with Randers Anders. Your maturity smells like a mouldy old cheese.

I think I make a fair point about your terribly overused "Miss Marple" "joke". How many times have you typed "Miss Marple" in a post addressed to me in an effort to be funny - just in 2016 alone? Six times? 8, 12, 20? Who knows. Same catchphrases over and over and over again. You ought to ponder whether it was even all that "funny" the first time you wheeled it out. 😉

I saw it. It was awful. It has been removed. When are you going to tackle the people who have been exploiting this thread and topic in order to make disparaging remarks about other posters?
That would be you.

You should speak to josephw and Suzianne, then. I note that you have spoken to me, and yet I haven't said anything disparaging about anyone on this thread.
And you're also a world-class liar. Was that in your resume when you got this job? I doubt it.

You should have a word with josephw and Suzianne who have both seemed hell bent on making it about recriminations and accusations that even Grampy Bobby has never levelled. You should direct some of your attempted Thread Steering at them, surely.
While you go on directing your attempted Thread Sneering at GB?

But every single one of my posts on this thread has, according to the way I see things, been "tuned into reality". It's the basis of everything I've said.
This is because "the way you see things" is always a distortion of reality.

No use asking me. You're the one who keeps mentioning a "new job" and you're the one who is either [1] having a practical joke played on them or [2] who is being super peculiar-paranoid.

Luther is exceptional, indeed. The only problem with it is that they never made enough of them. In all four years, the number of episodes that were made in total might be a good one season's worth for any American series.
