That's exactly what I do. I haven't caught one yet - ever - so I'll be ready when it happens. I'll also be protected if a foul ball is coming 80 mph at my face. 😛

Yes - if you have to rent or borrow a pair.

No - if you own a pair.😲

That's way over the top ridiculous. I don't think office work should include birthdays, showers, parties, etc. Makes me glad I work with a few men. They could care less. Day in, day out, they are consistently no-nonsense.

You must work with women. Poor girl!
Men and women. There are so many things at my office that put me on exasperation overload (like mandatory hugs) that the email about the costumes barely registered until Darvlay started this thread.

Ever since about 1990 or so, Australian businesses have tried real hard to push Halloween here. They are just cashing in on the americanisation of our kids mainly through the media.
Hope it doesnt take here. I dont think its an Australian custom at all.

Either way, Halloween can suck my balls. Grow the h ...[text shortened]... ur gloves to ball games in hopes of catching a foul? Of course not, that's what children do.
Rec'd.

Edit; Why did you leave so suddenly? Why did you quit?

Mandatory hugs?!! What the hell is that all about? If you even suggested such a thing where I work, you'd be fired on the spot.

Most excellent. That's all it is about here, is the commercialism and sales of the event.
