Gimme a porterhouse steak, 'bout a inch thick, done medium and I'm good to go! In NY Peter Luger's is the place to go for a steak!

I used to live in Alaska and there are these edible mushrooms, huge huge things, so we had mushroom steaks! Cooked in Butter with some pepper, um um good! They are literally as big a plate. Flat, maybe an inch thick.
