That was supposed to be the joke, but somewhat undermined by my failure to specify $3 'per month' in my prior post 😳

Got the joke... just confirming it wasn't for six. Figured the $1.00 was

earmarked to defray the cost of the pastor's tea. Sign me up, please.

Begins with children throwing tantrums because they're unable to get their way. Continues with teenagers getting their noses out of joint over teachers and coaches who lay done the law. Escalates with the disappointments and disillusionments of early adulthood as corporate unfairness and system injustices occur. Mistreatment by federal, state, local powers adds further frustration. Cynicism and bitterness often cause subjective rejection of legitimate authority which often breeds hatred.
Civil disobedience, be it from a child to an adult or an adult debating the relative fairness of federal laws is not in itself hatred. "Legitimate Authority" is an overly broad and subjective term. Still, being abused by an authority figure is cause for hatred. This is not the same as rejecting authority.

Your feelings toward me are totally inconsequential To you, perhaps, to me they are significant. Your behaviour on this site and burgeoning hatred for you is a good illustration of what spawns hatred.

Why don't you answer the question I posed you GB. How is my loathing for you a rejection of authority?

You know what? I reckon if Ivanhoe had a psychotic break, GB would be the result.

Hmmm... close... Ivanhoe would also have to stick a crayon up his nose and stab himself in the brain.

My loathing for GB's willful ignorance and arrogant posturing knows no bounds. I can't say I hate him, but, I despise his actions. As a result I try to ignore him. The alternative is anger and I just don't care that much about him to be angry with him all the time.

I remain hopeful that GB will change his ways. Till then, I have no use for him an se of us that have the capacity to do terrible things without hatred are wicked indeed.
Well said. Anger keeps us safe and protects the ones we love, and steers us to live. You get a rec.

Shut it Spanky. He needs to be held accountable for his amazingly stupid circular arguments, arrogant behaviour and insipid SPAM. The man could be the biggest ass on this site. I need to stop reading his crap again or you need to drop the ban hammer on him for the sake of the children if nothing else.
