I was playing two interesting games against a high rated player (2281), I was wondering why I have not recieved a move back from him. Actually, I was thinking "Dang!! My move was sooooo strong that he's really thinking long". Anyway... I went to my "opponents move" list and there was this funny little icon next to his name that said "Player banned-one moment please" Does anyone know what that is all about?? Those were some tough games, do they get lost in limbo? Purgotory? What happens now?

Yes, it was erice. How do they know he was an engine user? His play seemed to have a plan, something engines can't come up with. Atleast, not yet 🙁

But my guess is that it will catch people who think they can use a computer to play their games. 😏
WoW!! I looked at that thread... simply amazing! So much going on! Anyways... thank you everybody for your help.
BTW, tomtom I like your play in the game you have on your profile page but...
1) 9.Bg5 could have gotten you into a positionally bad game.
2) I dont understand why White resigned? What was your plan against 29.Qg4
Please feel free to message me privately since this is getting off topic from this thred.
