There`s no point in rushing one`s clan members, all it will end up doing is driving them from the clan. The points will be there when the challenge is over.
Besides now the points gained are automated, are we all going to pester Russ to hurry up with getting them up? I dont think so.

Trust me u should put yourself unavailable, or you'll end up joining Josh !

but not as good as it could be if you reduced your numbers of games.

I don't see how Talem16 having less of a gameload would positively impact your clan. He gets more games, his rating goes up, the ratings of his opponents goes up.
In relation to the original point in this thread. I've enjoyed my games against Talem16, especially the first 2, but I definitely noticed a change of move pace when he reached a dead (not difficult, dead) position. He went from daily (hourly? ) to weekly, once it became obvious I was going to win the game.

someone ask you to move faster because you are moving each week,is that a problem I mean its a correspondence chess site is'nt it? can someone give me your opinion . I can't understand these arrogant people.
Originally posted by RagnorakI don't want to kick Talem because as he says, he has given a lot to the clan, both in my time, and, so i hear, in the time of Paulie's leadership. All i ask is that he tries to finish a few games as quickly as possible, because they are holding up several very big challenges. I admit that i have no right to comment on his game load. when i said that he would better his rating, i only assumed that he would want to get his rating as high as he could, and he would be able to get so much better by reducing his gameload. while doing this he would also be able to move in more of his games instead of leaving games which he is losing until the timebank begins to run out!

They have big flashing, red and white ones when they can be timedout. Do you not think that they'd get the message?

The best thing for people to do that don't like receiving reminders is to setup a filter to redirect reminders straight into your trash.

Talems rating is consistent and high.
A quick look at graphs of the last 300 games shows that your last 300 finished games graph starts at the 30th March and Talem at the 21st March which means that you have had a larger game load.
