if you rec a post you're recommending it to others and it goes on a list with the other recced posts of the past week. (on the top right hand side on all the forums, under the seiges and clan buttons) the more rec's a post has, the higher in the list it goes!
well-that's the idea. as people say, emotial blackmail etc is the norm...
