Well, he was back before the thread was closed. But I read it shortly before it was removed, and I didn't read anything out of line by him. If there was, it must have been right before the thread was deleted.

Sorry, I can't support banning people for doing nothing. If the job's too hard, take an easier one, don't perform poorly. Leave it to someone who can do it right.
