Okay I know it's a little silly, and maybe easy for those of you who are great at this. I have to practice this for school because we are going over the judicial part of my schooling which means fake trials! I have to make them up so any tips on this would be helpful. We just talked to Cheng's friends. They said he wasn't with him.
Darlene's boss said it would have been stupid to stay up till that late, saying she had work at 5 am the next morning.
We suspect a new person could have "dun" it.

Suitable Defense at trial: He was upset by the loss of his wife and took it out on someone
Alibi: Was helping Client Mary Johnston.
