Every internet forum has some members that have more 'influence' in the community than 'regular' members. RHP isn't the exception.
But here there is another factor: The scores.
Higher rated members has more power in the forum that a member with just 900.
The number of moves also has some impact
The years in the site....
The type of membership... etc, ...[text shortened]... hese and others numbers are used to determine who is who in the forum.
And that is not good....
a level head, when confronted by the unknown, is a power greater than subterfuge...

Who or Whom are in control.... are very, very hide, they are in the shadow, they are not visible as a clique off course ....
They appears as normal people....
But they know they have the power and the control of this forum.
