If this is where you want to be then above all else don't leave. If there is a clique then be welcoming to new posters. Be one of the reasons they stick around and form a friendly group. With a new friendly group around any cliquish behavior will quickly marginalize itself. After all, a clique has a much harder time attracting new members 🙂
