As long as it said US on his uniform I knew my back was covered. As far as combat is concerned I am not proud of one second of that. Nausea and a lot of pain and bad memories is all I have ever felt about that. But that kind of duty is nothing to be bragging about. Most all people are naturally proud of whatever Country they are from. And they should be. And it is just wrong to offend others for their Nationality and Religion or lack there of. If they claim they don't like Americans. You say you are defending your Country. I say, you are giving them just cause with your rude verbal attacks. Many Veterans would hate you for that.

And I have never once stated I was a Military Pilot. Not once. And if you and your buddy think that someones medical conditions while serving their Country are a joke. Then the Corpsmen who thinks that should be Court Marshaled. Or better yet give them a taste of the medicine of that which they will never be tested.
