Part of it is the Scotch thing for sure .. you're a loudmouth drunk for sure .. and that means you probably stink too.
The nose/ear hair thing is basicly a given, i'm sure you have terrible teeth too which is why you stink.
If you cared more, you'd get your teeth fixed, mow that lawn off your face and go Metro.
