The forums were degraded long before RN and his crew came along. They merely shined the spotlight on the fact that a select few individuals were misbehaving, treating just about everyone not in their little fanboy clique like crap. Try being a member of a community instead of a band of bullies.
There is room for both serious commentary on current events and my sarcastic approach. Personally, I get enough seriousness in my day to day life and this site is an opportunity to put that aside for a moment. I, admittedly, often fail at my attempts at humor, but, occasionaly I come up with a 'blow-milk-out-your-nose-funny-HAHA'. I don't see myself as having a frat boy attitude, everyone is fair game. If I don't agree with what you've said, I'll call you out regardless of who you are. Many times I'm outclassed as several of the people on this site can reason/argue circles around me. There are some very intelligent people on this site and I've learned a great deal and I value their opinions.
I have some theories as to why the forums "SUCKED" for you, but, I'm attempting to turn over a new leaf and not insult you outright. I don't expect the forums to be an unmoderated free for all and I commend the efforts of the mods in their attempt at policing the unpolicable. However, in my opinion, you and your ilk have cheapend the site and failed to adequately consider the consequences of your actions.
