My what a mature viewpoint. It's little wonder, Chesh, that you're struggling to obtain gainful employment. You may be unaware of the fact

that all free enterpise market hires are primarily based on integrity of character. All reputable employers care about the same core criteria...

Can he/she do it (technical job competence, if not perhaps we'll train); Will he/she fit (team player with sensitivity to others, if not we pass);

Will he/she stick long term (loyalty coefficient reflected in previous employment tenure, if an unreliable and unstable job hopper no thanks);

Is he/she promotable (growth/responsibilty potential, if unteachable not interested); Is he/she trustworthy (working alone, if not forget it).

Guessing that maybe you're giving off glib attitudes and transmitting negative vibes in interviews which echo your signature on this forum.

Yeah, that's why we're in this mess. Because all those wonderful mortgage brokers and politicians were just oozing with integrity. 😕

I'm sure if all the politicians could lie a bit more, there'd be more confidence in the markets, and there wouldn't be such a problem, I don't think the politicians essentially saying "We're f***ed" is helping much.

There's a time and a place for everything--including lying.

Jaundiced predispositions inevitably confuse the mechanics of human weakness and politically inspired judgement error with sound principle.

Are you attempting to psychoanalyse me through the interwebed? We all find humor in diffrent places pal. I find mine in knuckleheads gambling in a volitile market.
What makes it so dam funny is that I shut down a lucritive construction company a few years ago when I predicted this. Instead of investing my profits in the market I payed off my mortgage. I live free and clear. This economic mess is rooted in greed. Its never enough for some.

Sometimes it's difficult to recognize a real or potential friend, when you first meet one, especially if his or her style is different or threatens.
