Originally posted by ericwongHi Eric thanks for asking. I actually went to the doctors on Wednesday which was yesterday for me as I'm in Australia, and I was actually surprised to hear him say that I have a bit of asthma! So anyway I know it runs in my dad's family but I never thought I had it before. So anyway he got me to get a puffer and some asthma medication and I've been using the puffer and the asthma meds and I am feeling slightly better, but I still have the dumb cold though. He said that would heal on it's own and I can't do much about that. I think the reason it's hung around for so long is because I've had to deal with a family tragedy ... my oldest cousin who is 41 years old has been living in England for the past 12 years and I haven't been able to go and visit him at all due to lack of money and I just wish that I could have because I haven't seen him for that long and I miss him. Anyway my cousin's name is Bill and he was in the south of France visiting his kids and they fell into a dangerous river there and Bill being the way he is just dived in after them to save them and he did, but unfortunately he actually couldn't regain the bank in time to save himself so he got swept downstream and drowned. And my cousin Bill to me was not just my cousin but the elder brother I never actually had because I spent so much of my childhood with Bill and his younger brother Ben who was also killed in an accident ... he was riding a motorbike and crashed into a telegraph pole and died on arrival at the hospital. Ben was only 13 days older than me and Bill was only six days older than me and it's really sad. I will always love them and miss them like anything but I've been told when you are deeply upset or grieving colds and sicknesses that usually only take a short time to heal actually take a lot longer when you're grieving as your immune system goes down. Anyway sure I will play a game with you that would be great. Thanks Eric.
Hello MaryRose, how are you today? I have been busy for these past 2 days and yes feel free to have a game with me once you have cleared everything. I am sorry to hear that you are not feeling well. Have a speedy recovery and get well soon.
God is with you, MaryRose,
Eric
Hi eric just wanted to let you know that I just this second after I posted that long message tried to start a game with you but I got a message saying that you are playing your imposed limit of ten games. So when you've got a game free just feel free to start a game with me as I think I've only got four on the go at the moment. Thanks Eric. Have a nice day. By the way which country are you writing from? I'm in Australia

But just relax and try to play as normal as you can and after all this is just a game. So I sincerely hope that you dont get nervous. Even if I lose, it doesnt really matter cause its just a game. I am really happy to get to know you and May God bless you. I am from Malaysia one small country from south east asia.

has anyone read up on the psychology of why chess is so popular and why it's predominantly liked by males.
Also, if you enjoy queen sacs and the like then you have an Oedipus complex.
If you leave your Bishop exposed it simulates your desire for exhibitionism via streaking or exposing yourself etc.
If you are obsessed with mating the king this indicates an oedipal fear regarding contrary and conflicting feelings you have towards your father which could mean either an opedipal or a negative oedipal complex.
I could go on day ... and probably will.
