I believe Suzianne's stories.

She very much seems like a person who would go out of her way to help people.

She says she knows martial arts, why doubt it? I think she has guns too.

She's had a difficult life at times, so it's very reasonable to believe that she devoted time in learning self defense.

Just my opinion, based on her posting style.

The martial arts should only be used in self defense, and good instructors teach that from day one.
