If you take them out one at a time , you can see which fuse is knackered usually.
If you take it in to a garage for a fuse, look out for the sniggering amongst the staff. 😵

there should be a fuse legend somewhere on the vehicle itself or in the owners manual

Look close at the top of the plastic layer, there is a transparent section in the center and if you look close you can see the metal element inside bent like a hairpin. If you see metal, its ok. If you see two separated prongs, that is a bad fuse. Its the gap in the metal that reveals the bad one. You may have to use a flashlight at sundown or something to clearly see the tops of the fuses. But you should have a map of the fuses somewhere, on the lid, in the manual, somewhere there is a map of the fuses.
