Well, I see male drivers talking on the phone all the time, including bus and cab drivers. I doubt they are more capable of focussing on two things simultaneously than female drivers.

From what I hear studies have been produced showing that men are biologically better drivers because they tend to focus all of their energy on one task while women try to divide up their focus on two or three things.

And I don't know how it is where you live, but in America women are notoriously bad drivers.

Also, women generally talk on the phone much more often than men. Not even close in comparison.

However, despite having driven for about a year and a half, and driving about every day, I have 0 tickets and have been in 0 accidents. Reckless driving isn't the problem - it's stupid driving. I may speed, but I don't talk on the phone while I'm doing it. I may drive dangerously, but I focus while I'm driving. Women just can't.
I've been driving for 18 years, have 0 tickets, and 0 accidents, and cannot stand stupid drivers. Some are women, and some are men. Stating "women just can't (focus while driving)" really makes you sound like an immature idiot on the fast track to chauvinist spouse-abuser.

"Reckless driving isn't the problem"? Wait until you nail a 6 year old who jumps in front of you.

You don't want to get into a male/female battle with noodles. I agree with you, but when you say something about women, duck and cover.

They must be very lenient with citations in Canada.

Women can't focus while driving, it's not an opinion.

I probably used the wrong word, my driving isn't reckless (generally...) but I do speed, I try to be cautious.

Whether or not you've ever been caught is hardly the issue here. 😕

You're right, the issue is that women can't drive - especially behind the wheel of something with over 150hp. 🙁

If it isn't an opinion, show me the proof. I'm a woman, and I focus while driving. In fact, even if I were one to talk on the phone, or read USA Today while driving, women are known to be excellent multitaskers. Unless I'm the contradiction to all other American women who drive, (which I am not,) you are an idiot.

You may be the exception rather than the rule.

Multitasking isn't something to be doing when you're controlling a 3000+ pound vehicle.

I don't really have the motivation to go find some first hand source saying that women can't focus, just so that you can go and find one contradicting it. If you really care, look it up yourself.

Alright, I see. Post inflammatory nonsense and call it fact, not opinion, then tell those who disagree to find the stats. How shocking, coming from an immature twit with road rage.

Looks extremely similar to what Noodle posted, only it's from AOL so it's crappier.

Agreed. However, you could probably read USA Today and perform brain surgery, or air traffic control. That paper isn't the most mentally taxing of publications.
